Her syndicated column, Parent To Parent, has been successful for over 20 years, and appears in newspapers and magazines. She has written five books and contributed to three others, one of which was on Oprah and has appeared on NBC in a three month parenting segment.

She has been instrumental in an innovative initiative in helping moms have fuller lives (including not forgetting themselves) since the early nineties when she began using the term, Mom CEO™ and Mommy CEO™ and all implications of the various acronyms, since 1996. The various CEO logos are known best for validating everyday moms as the real CEOs in life.
